Your
ultimate goal should be to only see what you want out of life.
The
highest form of living is living in appreciation.
So
whatever is given to you in your life, perhaps an item that you have
wanted for months but then forget about it the next morning?
Dis-Acknowledge it. Then you are not living in appreciation and this
split second reality that holds no value for you, will not serve you,
it will depress you deeply and make you feel empty.
The goal
is to feel more; follow your feelings.
